These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tk1777 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, customer support, and any other features made available at tk1777.vip. tk1777 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players, with a particular focus on the Bangladesh market and the cross-border South Asian community in India. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with tk1777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or cooling-off period registered with tk1777. Attempting to circumvent a voluntary self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All wagers, deposits, and withdrawals must be carried out using funds that belong to you personally.

tk1777 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by tk1777 support staff may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Your tk1777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. tk1777 will never ask you to share your password or OTP via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or phone.

You must notify tk1777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Until you provide such notification, all activity conducted using your login credentials will be treated as your own and you will remain liable for any losses incurred.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Additional bank transfer options include Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. INR account holders may fund their accounts via bank transfer and selected card networks including Visa and Mastercard. tk1777 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside tk1777's control and remain your responsibility.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. These amounts are subject to change at tk1777's discretion; changes will be reflected in the cashier in real time. tk1777 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions initiated during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. tk1777 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment account that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

tk1777 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above certain thresholds. In such cases, additional identity documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is processed. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

From time to time, tk1777 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and communicated via SMS or email notification to eligible accounts.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tk1777 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement", specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any given time. Accepting a new promotion while an active bonus is still subject to its wagering requirement will forfeit the earlier bonus.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A "new player" is defined as a person registering their first account on tk1777. Players who have previously held an account under any name, mobile number, or payment method already associated with tk1777 are not eligible for new-player promotions.

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on tk1777 — including slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface or market page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a wager. tk1777 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of affected bets, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure:

• Arbitrage betting with the primary intent of profiting from pricing discrepancies between tk1777 and other platforms.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") to place bets at odds that are clearly incorrect. tk1777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds deemed to be a palpable error, regardless of whether the bet was already settled.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.

tk1777 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all casino and slot games. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party auditors. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game's information panel.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1777 excludes all liability for:

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your tk1777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, tk1777 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within five business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

tk1777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest conduct.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks within the required timeframe.
• Any account activity that tk1777 reasonably believes constitutes a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by tk1777 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account will be subject to review before release. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be voided. Legitimate real-money deposits that cannot be connected to any prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's original deposit method where technically feasible.

11. Governing Language and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written in English and English is the sole governing language for the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of any translation of these Terms into another language, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.

By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document. 13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of tk1777 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk1777 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
